Baikouen engages in farming with zest to satisfy its customers. A 6th sector business, Baikouen produces mainly flowers, herbs, strawberries,
and rice. There are freshly picked strawberries available in fixed quantities for you to try!

訪れる客の満足を考え心を込めて農業に取り組んでいる『梅香園』。6次産業に挑戦し、花、ハーブ、いちご、米をメインに生産。数量限定のいちご摘みとり体験ができる。

MENU PRICE 料金表

Freshly Picked Strawberries & Chocolate Fondue[いちご摘み&チョコフォンデュ]···¥2,300

A set menu item that lets you have as many strawberries as can fill a paper cup, or other fruits and rice flour sweets, with chocolate fondue. Advanced booking is required (from January to the end of May).

紙コップに入るだけのいちご摘みとり体験と、他のフルーツ、米粉スイーツと合わせたチョコフォンデュがセットになったプラン。要予約(1~5月末)。

Rice Flour Cafe[ 米粉カフェ]

Baikouen offers rice flour sweets. No wheat flour is used, so those who prefer gluten-free desserts are very welcome.

『梅香園』では、米粉を使ったスイーツを食べることもできる。小麦不使用なのでグルテンフリーを求めている方にぜひ食べてもらいたい。

Herbs & Aroma Experience[ ハーブ&アロマ体験]

You can experience shea butter cream- or soap-making, using self-selected herbs and aromas. The choice of herbs changes according to the season (from June to the end of October).

自分で摘んだハーブとアロマを使った、シェアバタークリーム作り体験や石鹸作り体験ができる。使用するハーブは季節によって変わります(6~10月末)。
